My name is John and I’m a professional guitarist & tutor. I have been a guitar teacher for over  20 years.

I teach in several schools around the northwest and spend my weekends touring with several bands and teaching a small number of private students in the week.

From rank beginner to jobbing professional I can help you play whatever style you like. Whatever level you are at (from complete beginner to professional) I can help you get the most out of your playing and spend your practice time more efficiently getting you playing the kind of music you want, quicker.
